Photoshoot with Mrs. Edge

No much to say on this one so I’ll keep it short and sweet. In between cruising the highlands and island of bonny Scotland in our *sweeeeet* rental car, I managed to fire off a few totally candid shots (wink) of the missis in Edinburgh…and some bonus landscapes at the end too, sure why not.

Funky composition was the target, but I also wanted to address some annoying compositional errors I was making. I wasn’t composing the face correctly at all, and I was losing quite a lot of the image cropping to correct for it in post. This time I tried composing where I thought was good, then pushing it a little further. I think it’s worked and I could even push some more next time out.

  1. Oh my word Scotland looks beautiful! The images of Mrs Edge are super! Love the simplicity in the composition, the lines, shapes, colours! Love the symmetry on image 2 and 3. ?
